In our “J's Gate Dining Project” in Malaysia, which won the 2019 Construction Management Award for Excellence, we examined each and every facility, including drainage, water supply, electricity, and air conditioning to propose and implement the best plan for the renewal of a floor of the decades-old commercial complex.
We have also won a number of CM awards for projects in Japan. For the “Futaba Medical Center Project” in a tsunami-affected area in Fukushima, we were awarded for completing the hospital in a fairly short period of time. For “the Tokyo Consumers' Co-operative Union Hall Construction Project,” we received the award for the management capability of the complex which accommodates a supermarket, offices, and a nursing home.
